B. Carre - Lejeune road bike 56 cm
A beautiful vintage Lejeune road bike with a hand made frame from / B. Carre (1973/74). Bernard Carré has built the top of the line Lejeune racing frames. He was also the frame builder for Jacque Anquetil has used Bernard Carré. That mean a Tour de France winning frame builder.
The bicycle components are 100 % French : Stronglight, Mafac, Simplex, Normandy, Maillard and Idéale at its top level.
The frame and fork is made with Reynolds 531 tubes.
The bicycle is full original : painting, decals and parts. Only the tyre and handle bar tape changed of the last 40 years.
