1. Right of returns

You can return a product within in period of 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts once you have received the items. You have to notify us in a writing form (e-mail, fax or letter).

2. Return shipping information

The item has to be sent in the original condition: unworn for clothing and unassembled for bikes or parts. You should us the original packaging.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Conform to the french law, the return shipping costs have to be payed by the customer.

4. Pay back

The obligation to return received payments shall be fulfilled within 30 days. The period starts with the date the cancelation is sent or the object is returned to the Vélovilles Company.

5. Consequences of returns

In case of an effective cancelation, both parties shall return the received goods, payments and all other derived benefits (e.g. interest). In case the customer is unable to return any or all of the Vélovilles Company the received goods and benefits or in case he returns them in a diminished state, the customer shall compensate us for the lost value.
